14 JULY 2021 – The Libyan American Alliance recognizes and thanks Dr. Emad Al-Sayah, Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), and the HNEC for their efforts in launching new systems for voter registration in Libya to support national elections scheduled for 24 December 2021. LAA urges all eligible Libyan voters to register and use their right to vote in the upcoming elections. Registration remains open until July 30, and voters can register via SMS, telephone, or by social media messages.
