(Washington DC, 9/12/2021) — The victims defense team’s motion to compel has been heard before the court today at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Today was a victory. Judge Nachmanoff ruled that Hifter cannot assert state secrets privilege and as such, Hifter must provide all relevant information and documents related to the attacks outlined in the Amended Complaint
